Seemed that 100 years ago, all explorers took their discoveries home. I think the artifacts belong in Peru, but the lawsuit Peru is threatening Yale with is wrong.

100 years later? I don't get it..was someone going through archives who noticed this and decided to sue? Isn't there some kind of time limit on these things? Are we all in jeopardy in perpetuity for retroactive investigation? Good grief! :(

That's a good question. I don't know what international laws specify. I remember Yale returned some other artifacts a year or two ago to another country. I've been to their history museum, really impressive.
