It should be up to the Iraqi's. They tried him, convicted him, pronounced the death sentence, upheld the death sentence and are carrying out the death sentence. AWW SNAP!!!!

Yes, I would guess that programming would attract more viewers than the Super Bowl!
-
I would not watch it. Just my personal choice

Do we really want to see a trend in televised executions of any sort? Then again, these used to be a live and heavily attended event in not so distant history. I'm not a big fan of censorship nor do I think ratings "experts" ought to pre-determine what we can or can not choose (operative word there guys) to view on television. I say that it should be, with lots of warnings ahead of time, and people can decide for themselves whether to watch or not.

I would bet it will be available oon the internet for those who really want to see a person wigggle on the end of a rope for a few seconds. Not my idea of fun at all.

As an increasingly jaded society, we're probably not far from having public executions. But I don't think anything would be gained by airing the Saddam's execution. If anything, it may lead to even more violence in the area from his loyalists.
-
I don't think anyone's execution should be televised. It is something that sets humans apart from monkeys in that we take no joy from the suffering of another, no matter how evil we may perceive them to be. Maybe i just have a grandiose opinion of humanity, but that's just me.

It was.

NO , It was enough he died of that I am thankful but I do not wish to see the actual execution, what they have already shown in excerpts from the mobile phone video is quite offensive We are better than that
