You're reading HOw do l fix my xbox problem... when l load any clean, undamaged, genuine game (which l have used many times before with no problem) l get this message: " xbox doesnot recognise disk, check disk is genuine, not dirty or damaged. Remove disk to continue"

No, disks are clean, undamaged & genuine. Does this with all disks.

the reader must have issues perhaps it's just dirty, take the console to a place where they can make a maintenance work
