Why should he stop? Because you asked him to. For him to continue a behavior that annoys you or makes you uncomfortable, no matter how flattering some would find it, is wrong. It means he is more interested in doing what "he likes" than about being respectful of your needs. That tends to make a woman feel like a man is more interested in the woman's physical self than their emotional self. Yes, it is good to be admired physically but it is better to have your feelings respected.

Well I feel that he really loves you.. I stare at my boyfriend and he stares at me back but we will never ask"Why are you staring at me?" We just smile at each other and be happy we both have somehting to look at.

I have the habit of staring at my husband. I don't know why your guy stares, but the reason I do is because I just admire how cute he is, I reflect on our relationship and remind myself how blessed I am to have him in my life, and I like to also remind myself that I am NOT dreaming... I'm really married to this wonderful sweetheart that I thought I'd never find. Maybe he's thinking about stuff like that :)
