Help answer this question below.

My boyfriend wants to have sex with me and I really do want to have sex. We are both 17 and are vigins. The only thing is that I want to be a doctor and i dont need a kid. So should i give him foreplay like him eating me out and licking my boobs and bjob?

    those are good methods of enjoying yourself and being safe but get on the pill, please. it isnt hard and if ur thinking about being sexually active and you believe you will be, dont be caught without protection.

    If you are ready to have sex, and it is something that you want, than go ahead, just use birth control but remember that most forms of birth control have a small failure rate... use more than one form. (the pill isnt 100% effective)

    All those things you mentioned sound like things that could lead right to sex (hence the term "foreplay") So the safest bet would to be on some type of birth control and for back up use a condom.

    Go to you`r nearest Planned Parenthood, you can get contraception for free ( the pill, patch )Then you can have sex and become a doctor without having to get a kid.

    Always use protection if you are going to have sex. One time is enough to get pregnant.

    Easiest way to not get pregnant is to not have insertion sex. Oral sex and digital (hands) sex are the best ways to enjoy sex without even the possibility of getting pregnant. Aside from that, your doctor would be the best person to ask whether it is best for the pill, condom, or other contraceptive.

    I do want to applaud you for thinking ahead and looking at the options.

    If you lose sight of the big picture in the moment, you will be a housewife instead of a doctor, best case scenario. Understand the risk and the reward, and make sure you know the percentages of any method, versus the best one, which is 100% effective, especially for a 17 year old. 18 year old mothers have very little chance of becoming a doctor, with the realities of life mixing in.

    Protect yourself at ALL times. It doesn't matter at what time you are on your cycle, contrary to what some girls think, you can get pregnant anytime and the 'withdrawal' method is BS (where he's penetrating you and withdraws right before he cums, he has pre-cum on his penis before he cums). I don't care how horny you guys are if you don't have any protection around, all ya gotta do to get things under control is picture yourself at 18 with a screaming baby in a dirty diaper and that should tamper your lust for the time being. Condoms on their own aren't enough, use condoms and the Pill or Deprovera or whatever else. Take care girl and good luck :)

    Sweetheart, if you use contraception PROPERLY the risk of you getting pregnant is very low. If you feel that you want this and are ready for it there is no reason not to. Go buy a pack of condoms and have fun!
    And foreplay is always good but theres a reason its called foreplay.
    Sex with someone you love and care about is always the best and you shouldn't deny yourself of it when there are plenty of ways to prevent pregnancy.
    And if a condom breaks and you aren't on the pill you can get the 72hour (morning after pill) It will make you so sick but you wont have to worry about a baby.

    Have you not thought of contraception? Granted the foreplay is rather enjoyable but you don't have to stop there. There are many forms of contraception: condom, femedom, the pill, morning after pill. My advice is go to your nearest family clinic and speak to the doctor and get his advice on contraception and the different forms of it.

    I completely agree with Frederik. Oral sex is, in some ways, much better than intercourse. More pleasurable. Less risky. There's something uniquely wonderful about the exchange of pleasure. My wife and I have oral sex about twice as often as we have intercourse and it's always good, sometimes fantastic.

    There is a greater intimacy with intercourse. Saving that until marriage would be magical.

    That being said, back when I was a virgin, my gf (also a virgin) and I went from boob fondling to oral to intercourse in about 6 months. I used condoms - almost always - and although we had a couple of scares, she didn't get pregnant.

    Get and use birth control. Pill or patch will be most effective. Stop using it when you're both ready to have a kid. After you have kid(s), remember to keep having sex! :-)

    Give no more action than you're willing to do. If you're doing it just to make him happy or stop pestering you then that's a bad reason. You shouldn't engage in any sexual activity unless that's what you want to do. If you decide to do this whether it's touch and rub, oral, or intercourse make sure you use PROTECTION. Pill and condom.

    I suggest you move out of your parents home first and I don't mean live together. I mean you have your own place. Get your education and keep your eyes on the prize and make your sexual partners whoever they may be know your sexual boundaries, understand them, and accept them. Acceptance is the most important part.

    Make him eat you out and make him give you head. This is the safest, cleanest and easiest way for a woman or a girl having sex.
    If you don't like to have sex with him just insist on your will. You never have to do what he wants.
    If he is giving long and good enough head to you, you have enough time to think about more.
