How can you get yourself off Xanax at home safely? I have been using for 10 yrs and need to get off. I've been as bad as 15 a day and now I'm down to 1 every so many days. PLEASE HELP

Imy husband has been taking pain pills for back pain for a year and a half and is taking 8-10 daily of hydrocodone. he has had drud dependency in the past and im concerned hes addicted to these. am i the only one? please help.

You're reading I found a white pill in my couch that is plain wth a line in the middle on one side and says m357 on the other is this a like a motrin pill?
