I'm assuming you mean "rural", not "arual". Personally, I think the answer would be yes. More and more people live in suburban areas and many of them own dogs. And even those who live in rural regions don't always own dogs for traditionally "rural" reasons, such as hunting, or maybe even herding. These people may find your prices more reasonable than those they would find in urban or suburban settings. They may also find your location more to their liking.
There's an age-old saying, "Build it, and they will come." This has been proven accurate time and time again, with many different ideas. Why not dog training?

What's "professinal"?
Can you eat any of those?
