One of my best friends (girl) at work has stopped talking to my other best friend (guy), because she thinks he likes her and thinks he acts different around her than everyone else. She is also very annoyed by every little thing he does. What should I do?

    At work?

You should attend to your job. There's no reason to get mixed up in a bunch of gossip.

first tell her she's being childish...if she thinks he likes her then she should ask him about it
and if she doesnt like him like that then tell her to tell him that. It would be better for all of you
im sure that your guy best friend wouldnt feel terrible as long as he knows the truth same thing for her because she told him the truth
tell them to talk it over and if she doesnt like him then they shouldnt stop being friends over it

Unfortunately, I cannot, considering we work in the same place. I must constantly choose between them. Having to go on break with one or the other, when we used to be able to all go together. Every conversation with him is about her and every conversation with her is about him. He says he doesn't like her and he is also married, but she thinks he does, especially since many other people think so too.

"Can you shut up and talk about something else? I'm not a venting machine!" Go ahead and say that....
