  • Well to answer your question, i am in school currently to be a real estate sales agent, and my instructor says no, because you have to prove EARNED
  • You have to prove EARNED income. And unfortunately ssi is not income that is earned. And if you have no credit you have to have some credit established.
  • You must have at least three open and active tradelines, preferably of more than one year in reporting to credit. SSI is not a problem. It will be "grossed up" by 25% to be used as your qualifying income.
