Yes, I live in Missouri. I have attended concerts that were held under the arch, and fireworks displays by the arch. Have walked underneath it, but never been up in it. . .

Ive passed through STL. a few times. I saw the Arch and didnt find it very impressive.

Actually, yes! I live in St. Louis City and see it practically every day, and I've been up to the top several times. If you ever get a chance to visit here, you'll have to go see it for yourself! (photo I took from the Eades Bridge)
