A sinus rinse can do wonders. Neil-med makes both a rinse bottle and a Chinese nasal pot. Use distilled water and the salt packets they provide to make a saline solution, stand over the sink and rinse it gently through your sinuses. It will wash out all the crud and give you a few hours of relief. It is the most effective thing I've ever used. It doesn't sting as long as the salt packet is mixed in it. It actually feels wonderful. Just be careful to do it gently, as you can drive stuff up in your ear if you force it.
Sorry, I meant to say that many outlets carry Neil-med, that is why I recommend it. You can actually find it. I have best luck with Walgreens. They usually have it in stock.
I'm not a doctor, but if your nose runs and your feet smell, you may be upside-down!
:)
Sorry; I couldn't resist.
Go to the drug store or chemist and ask for some Olbas Oil.Drop some onto a paper tissue and breath in deeply and your nose block will free up straight away.
Get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, eat some toast, and wait several days. Please, please do not go to work or any public place and infect anyone else.
