long enough or your body chemistry to "self-correct" depends from drug-to-drug aand person-to-person but a year tops. and at least 2 weeks bottom. like weed take 30 days to clear but crack only needs 3, first your body must be rid of the left over drug, then experence the lack of the stimulus, then slowly re-adjust. it is possible(for long term cases) that the condition is permenate.
