I see it as the same as before. If it goes down, it'll go up.

It shouldn't change cause DR do not count against you. nor lower your score. the DR's you give bring down your % level but your bag shouldn't change

Negative points don't affect the overall score of the user being trolled.

I see it as unchanged which is how down ratings make me feel.

I never know when I am down-rated any more so the trolls waste their time. The total number is never effected and I never see the negative results as I have my ratings turned off. So my bag is always filling up.
