He'd be 76. Which McCain will he be then? The McCain from 2000 whom I liked a lot or the 2008 McCain whom I was not too crazy about? Do you support him for President in 2012? What about Palin? She'll probably try to get the nomination. She is very ambitious. Happy Wednesday! :)

No. A lot of people are worried about McCain now because of his age and health concerns, in 4 years he will be 4 years older and his problems will only grow. Plus, as it is with politics, 4 years is a long time and in 4 years time some new/young/out of no-where politician will come up and be a candidate and become a household name(see Obama and Palin)
