I stopped using birth control 3 months ago. I have only had one period since then. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, but I don't know if and when I'm ovulating. Can you help?

You need a special thermometer and you need to take your vaginal temp every morning at the same time. There is a slight change of temp at the time of ovulation. When that happens, tell your hubby to take a day off. Your pharmicist will know which thermometer to buy.
