You're welcome, sadie. I never even tried hominy till about 3-4 years ago. Why? I don't know. But once I tasted it I always have a can or two in my cupboard! :) Talk about soul food..that's it! Talk about comfort food! Definitely! :)

yea, i never tried it until i was like 6 or so months pregnant with my daughter. So, maybe a year ago, maybe not even that long.
