Yea, I have turned into a "Grumpy Old Man"
-
Yes - a weird one. Dad has passed but he often had a scab on top of his head obtained from working in confined spaces - I too. I also so have his looks, not bad - his anger, not good - and his simple logical way of looking at things.
-
Yes. I am like the female version of my Dad. We both have a huge wild streak. We don't like change. We are close the our mothers. We like to eat the same thing every day. We have huge passions that are all-consuming. He loves boats, I love horses. We are both self-centered, charismatic, and well liked.
-
Yes. I play the guitar and sing, like he does. People say I have his demeanor as well.
-
When I was little, I would imitate him when he was mad. He found it very amusing, and still jokes about it today.
-
Most people do, at least in some way yo...
-
We share most of each others morals and values, which I say is a very good thing.
-
unfortunately i see him in alot of things i do...my dad can be kinda devious...like a trouble maker i have that quality even though i try not to show. my dad is also a funny crowd pleasing type of guy and that carried over to me too
-
Not really, I mean if I imitated him in anything then I just wouldn't be as cool as I am now. And wouldn't that be a bummer? Yeah.
-
Well, I look a lot like him. My voice is very similar to his. I have a similar sense of humor, and similar musical tastes. We're also both lazy and love to take naps often.
-
Yes. He has been a (mostly, unfortunately) negative influence on me. Not all negative, though. Some of his traits, I'm glad to have.
-
Well its not an on-purpose imitate as much as it is hereditary LOL. I have the crazy Irish gene, just like my dad. If you're Irish you know exactly what I mean.
-
Yes, I can imitate how he would be laughing one second and the next become stoic. I do that a lot (sometimes not even noticing that I did), and my mother and brother loves to laugh about it. :)
-
his temper but thankfully over the years it is mellowing.
-
My dad is without a doubt the hardest working and most integrity driven man I know. So while we are in fact, very different in our interests and ideas, I try to do my best in everything I do and to treat other people honorably and with respect, just like my dad.
-
I have not known my father for my whole 22 years being alive. But I recently met him(my wife found him on the internet) and I learned alot about him. He was in the Navy like I am now and he also has a white wife lol.
-
In every thing... one of them is to help people.
-
Unfortunately, no. If I would, I'd travel round the world, had a perfect career, donated lots of money. Fortunately, no. I do not beat my child.
-
The way I flick my feet with my toes on the automon.....................exactly reminds me of pops
-
We both wore fedoras.
-
Like dad, I can get quite excited about things and talk about it with a great deal of enthusiasm...
-
I resemble him in voice and looks.Same physique and same style of doing things. No one could differentiate us on phone.I feel proud to be like my papa.
-
Yes, my father was a do-it-your self, re-use, make do, or do without kind of person, and so am I. Grandpa his dad, was the same way.
-
Not if I can help it.
-
I make a constant attempt in my life to never ever do that and if by chance genetics sneak up and kick me in the ass... I correct it immediately!
