I need to reinforce my understanding of this word, would this be idiosyncratic behavior: I have to sleep in a pitch black room with a cool breeze blowing on my face. Every night I put socks over all the LED lights on my computer/tv, put a towel under the door to keep light from passing through the crack, obscure the peephole, turn my alarm clock facing the wall, and position an adjustable fan at a 45 degree angle from the ceiling so it's blowing directly on me. Is that an idiosyncrasy or just a habit/pet peeve/OCD?
