Can you help me write a short love poem or creat a poem for me to fill in the blanks about how much i love my hubby?Pleasee

    I have something I wrote for my husband if you'd like to read it.... If you want to use it, just make sure you make it more personal to your situation.

    A Depth Transcended

    Like heavy weight contenders
    we go to our corners;
    gloves on, elbows cocked,
    fists forward;
    autonomous in our stance,
    united in our mission.
    Marriage is compromise;
    we weather the storm of
    our desires and passions
    which have nothing to do
    with making love.

    For twenty five years
    we have been lovers.
    You've watched my breasts
    go from perky
    to heavy with age.
    I've watched your center of gravity -
    grow thicker.
    My arms still wrap around you,
    our middle aged softness
    is complementary to each other,
    each gray hair marks
    another passage
    on the vessel that floats us
    through life.

    Through births
    and deaths,
    and parental meddling,
    across miles and separations,
    through the rich and the poor,
    sickness and health;
    we've walked the familiar path -
    through the garden
    of our own making.

    Building our houses with warmth
    and sensuality;
    with materials precious and rare,
    we live together in
    rooms cluttered with
    the baggage of time.
    The lamplight glows on our
    possessions of the heart.

    Your path and mine, dear man -
    they go on entwined,
    and when we've fallen,
    the union has provided
    a soft place to land.

    The mystery still stands
    through all of our knowing
    of each other,
    some secrets are not meant to be shared,
    some stories never meant to be told.
    Instead they make up
    the fabric of our being
    and whatever lies beneath
    is good and fine.

    I do not love you the same as I did
    when our lusty passions
    made us reckless;
    instead, today,
    I love you more
    with a depth that transcends
    mere abiding and words.
    You are comfort.
