Depends on the benzo. Most of them take about 3 weeks. I suggest gradual declines... Not cold turley. You'll make yourself sick if you go off of them cold turkey and it more than likely wont work and you'll set yourself up for failure. Depending on the med, you can start taking them down a pill then a half pill and then gradually nothing at all. Some of them can't be broken though so be sure to ask your Dr or a pharmacist first.
