I have been in contact w/property management co. and have forward them the police reports from all the incidents. I have also written a request to be released from the lease, they asked for a two month notice to vacate. Now I recieved a letter to pay the remaining rent to the end of the lease. It's been two months now. Can I beat the cost, with all the problems I have had, if I have an attorney or even without one if it went to claims court? This is a two story house not an apt.
