Help answer this question below.

Estranged friend did not come when my sister was sick in the hospital. the fall out was my fault. i was not being a good friend. i apologized a few times. she knows my sister is ill. my other friends came to help me through. what type of a person is she?

    If you were estranged (especially if it was your fault) you had no reason to expect her support during that estrangement.

    I would not judge them like that.
    My closest friend did not make it to a very important event for me but we are still friends.
    It hurt me a bit but life is busy and I am not going to throw down a friend easily.
    Her not coming did not mean she loved or cared less about me. She just was not able to put it before other things in her life at the time.. other friends were able to.


    We are super sensitive in times of need, despair or when we are frightened.. if people are not able to come through or be there for us it is not best to cut them out of your life because of their error or the error of circumstance.

    No one would have friends if we never let each other down from time to time.
