I have a feeling she was in on it, nobody is dumb enough to fall for that over-the-top accent. It was pretty funny that she didn't get the Prime Minister of Canada or the Premier of Quebec's names right. But she's only running to be VP of the United States, it's not like she needs to know the "names" of the "leaders of various countries" or anything.
