Sweatshirts. I, and probably every other guy, have lost hundreds of sweatshirts to girls. They get cold, so you give them a hoodie. Wow, wouldn't it be nice to get just 10% of them back.

Lots of tools ... but the thing I loaned out and never got back ... that bothered me the most ... was a brand new tent I had bought for me, the wife and kids to do some camping, occasionally. Loaned it out a couple of weeks after I bought it, never saw it again! I did see the people I loaned it to several times, but then THEY disappeared, too, LoL! I found out several years later (from their Mom) that they had broke several poles and practically ripped the bottom out of it, and they tried to get it fixed. But, everywhere they went, the places would tell them it would be cheaper to just buy a NEW one! I guess they figured it was cheaper to just forget about it!

One of my cook books. In 1965 I paid $60 for the book. Today, the same book sells for more than $400. I asked for it once. I don't know if I'll ever get it back. I THINK my friend can use it A WHOLE LOT MORE than me. No hard feelings, my friend. No hard feelings at all. Thanks for asking your Q! I did my best to answer it. I hope the information helps. I've loaned videos, video games, clothing and dishes. I try not loan out anything that has any sentimental value to me because I've learned that many people consider a loan of your belongings to be a permanent gift. It's not worth fighting over a $5 movie, or a used shirt.
