Xbox 360 wireless network adapter problem. It connects to the network, but when I test connection, it says the IP fails?! What can I do. Not very computer savvy

its a setting on your wireless network i set this up for my boss over a year ago and im sorry i dont have more info but it has something to do with the settings on your wireless network
