I have some commercial office file .i want to sell them. i need a software which could read file and give the users only see and edit and print the files, can't copy them and send them to others. this software should give ability of update files.

Somewhere you have to change the concept. Any file that can be printed, can be sent to an ADOBE document printer. That document again can be sent to anyone else. Your source file can be protected. Most of Microsoft Office documents can be changed just by saving it under another name. Even if you would password protect the document, it can be saved under another name without the password. So I would suggest, change your file to an executable file that is password protected. Then the editing must be done in forms and the printout must be derived from your executable file.
