I initially gain some weight in the beginning of the year then I lost weight due to not eating and sleeping very well because of stress. Overall, I would say that I gain a little bit of weight but not much.

lost about 10 pds more then i need to, doctor was throwing a fit, made me mad so i dont see him anymore, im not not eating or anything like that but its just that during winter i ironically enough lose weight easy, during summer its harder to put it off.

I have lost 70 pounds...I am back on my thyroid rx, and am back to eating healthily, really watching calories, and trying not to 'waste' them on things I don't really enjoy, and exercising regularly, sometimes vigorously. Unfortunately, I had gained a lot previously, especially when I didn't take my thyroid for a year (and mine is basically dead, but it kinda makes me feel speedy and more touchy or argumentative) so I still have a ways to go.

I'm about the same 200lbs. I haven't been trying to gain or lose, so I guess I did pretty good.
