My daughter and I found it so ticklish at first we were in hysterics,but after a couple of minutes our feet grew accustomed to the feeling. It then became very soothing as the fish actually massage your feet. Afterwards my feet felt wonderful and I felt as if I'd had a full body massage and my constant backache was much improved. This feel good factor lasted for 2 days or more.
