You're reading I don't have much time this semester. Should I use what little free time I do have to (a) learn some sign language, (b) learn a martial art (aikido), or (c) spend more time on Answerbag / school work?

sounds reasonable. I get three and a half hours a week on exercise... is that too little?

depends... do you feel you "get it all out"? if you are anxious or stressed, then more exercise would be a good idea. but if you feel healthy and not wound up, then you may be getting plenty. it also matters what type of exercise it is - personally I'm not ok unless I get some real sweat going. everyone's different.

I am calm. I don't stress about much. I am paranoid about many things but that's not related to anything physical.
