Usually large rodents or marsupials. Sometimes a piece of bovine will find it's way to the grill. :-)

I BBQ a lot Zack, and a wide variety of things. The thing I BBQ most often though is baby back ribs.
I have read and pointed every answer to this so far and now I am hungry for BBQ. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and there will be leftover turkey and dressing and such to be eaten a couple of days after, but you have inspired me, I am BBQing Sunday, no doubt about it. Thanks!

Deer Tenderloin,Pork Tenderloin or Beef Brisket
Marinate in "Dale's Seasoning" and 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey for 12 hrs in Refrigerator.
Remove from marinade and place in crock pot.Add 1/2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce(I prefer a good smoky, spicy molasses base sauce) and 1cup of Jack Daniels.Cook on High for 2 hrs.then on low for 5 hrs.
