Help answer this question below.

Dog has swallowed a diaper wipe, still vomiting white foam and sounds like her breathing is labored or there is an obstruction, her temperment is the same but it sounds like there is something else inside and she can't vomit it up, contantly vomiting.

    I wouldn't wait around asking us questions here. We are not vets and your dog, like some humans when they choke, need to be seen by a doctor to be sure they are OK, and if not to fix it.

    Get your dog to a vet, ASAP.

    the wipe could easily be blocking her air tube, to some extent, and may seriously harm your dog. immediately take her to the vet, this is serious. as well your dog may have some reaction to the sanitation liquid, as it's likely to make humans sick too

    There is possibility, I don't know how long ago this happened, but if her windpipe was completely blocked, it would not take long for her to die. Take her to nearest vetenary surgery as quickly as possible.
