I really enjoyed watching "Sleeping with the Enemy". There's another one with Kathleen Turner..."Body Heat". It's an old one, but I remember it having a surprise ending as well.

The most classic ever, Silence of the Lambs. Pathology is another good one, though it veers on the side of horror a bit more than thriller, but still very good.

The Saw movies, the Final Destination movies. Fracture wasn't really a thriller but it was an action movie that i liked, it has Anthony Hopkins (i think thats how you spell his name) in it. And o yea, Hannibal Rising, Silence of the Lambs and the Hannibal movies.

Hitchcock is the man to go to in this category. Watch Rear Window (otherwise known as what Disturbia tried to remake and couldn't master), Psycho, The Birds, Vertigo, North by Northwest, Notorious Also, check out Rosemary's Baby if you've never seen it.

Check out the original version of "The Haunting" from 1962 (?). No slasher movie there. But it will scare the crap out of you.
