No, they don't all go off, causing issues later. Neighbourhoods are just that - full of people - civilians that have not asked for a war.
cluster bombs are an evil weapon in a fraudulent war.

    In very limited circumstances, perhaps.

The only use of explosives in war I'd advocate is the extremely accurate missiles used on absolute 100% confirmed 'military' targets, such as a bunker, missile silo, tank, etc...

The use of an area effect weapon in an area full of innocent civilians is just deliberate murder of civilians...

Of course, I loathe any form of combat, but understand that it is simply a necessity in dire times, and in such times, there has to be absolute caution and certainty before any attack can be made

I do not support the use of cluster bobs in any situation. Cluster bombs are an extremely nasty weapon that are designed specifically to produce immense amounts of human suffering and destruction. They mete out their destruction indiscriminately...soldiers, housewives, children, grandparents. I think that they are on par with landmines, and their use should be banned.

I do not support the use of ANY bombs, but particularly those whose sole purpose is to target people.

AS long as they take out the terrorists and anyone who stands in the way of US-Iraqi progressions in that country.

No. We have the technology to do better and the money to implement that technology.

The only possible reason to cluster-bomb neighborhoods without regard for civilian casualties, whether from the initial drop or the later detonation of unexploded sub-munitions, is if you want to ire the Muslim world by showing a blatant disregard for non-American lives.

Ask yourself this; how is our cluster-bombing Iraqi neighborhoods morally different from flying loaded airliners into crowded skyscrapers?

No. Killing people is wrong. Killing people indiscriminately is wrong. Killing people indiscriminately in a lost war that should never have been started is wrongest of all.

Imagine the outcry, outrage and repeated news coverage we would have if these were American kids.

No, I don't support the dropping of any bombs for that matter, im sure no one does, but it's not like we have a choice to support it or not, we are forced to pay for these weapons of mass destruction against our will, so sayeth the IRS. The people have no say whether we finance the dropping of such bombs, even amongst the peoples protest, we go to war and drop them anyway. But it is the dropping of these bombs which help fuel the American economy, bombs create jobs for laborers, engineers and the military. Dropping bombs is the American way... it may not be the right way, but it seems to be all we've got right now until we grow up.

    I Support our troops

I cannot support the cluster bombing of innocent children . It is impossible to tell who you are killing with cluster bombs and the evil bastards that will commit suicide bombings and sanction them, are quite happy to surround themselves with innocent people to try to stop themselves being killed without taking a lot of "infidels" with them.
If it is in a place where we know it is a terrorist camp not in a neighbourhood of people ,yes ok if we must

This is so hard to know what is right
