Just purchased an Orion VCR off ebay and looks great but every time I put a tape in it ejects it. Does it need cleaning?

  When I put any videotape in the vcr the tape wont play. When I press play the picture is frozen and nothing works. The audio wont work and instead of it being on SLP, it goes to SP.The tapes wont rewind, fast forward. Whats wrong with it? (2009-11-04)
