I would try to talk to her, because if he keeps it up you can charge him for child abuse. It's will be ugly either away. Abuse is never good.

Heck yeah! Whether she is pregnant or not she shouldn't be getting smacked around by her boyfriend. The fact that she is pregnant makes it doubley worse if that's at all possible. Call someone right away or give her information for a shelter that she can go to. You can only call when it happens, not with allegations unless she is a minor and you can tell her parents who can press charges on the boyfriend. If she's 18 or older, it is her responsibility to report it as well or to at least corroborate your allegations.
