If a 17yr. old has made it a habit to not come home for days, or continually coming home at 1 or 2 am, what are the responsibilities of the legal guardians when he takes his items and leaves for good?

    he's 17 let him go! if he thinks he can make it on his own then give him a chance he might prove you wrong! if your too worried you might get in trouble for letting him leave call the local police and file a runaway report they will look for him && who ever he's staying with can get locked up! i hope i helped..good luck
