  • Maybe you could try using a tennis ball and lay on it (maybe on a bed) and roll your body over the ball in the problem area. It sounds like a bunched up muscle if it`s under your shoulder blade. If so the ball should work. It also helps to run up and down each side of your spine on the ball. It some cases it helps to straighten the spine so you don`t feel the need to pop it.
  • if you can not pop it you can not pop it. get flexerol from your doctor. I suffered 2 weeks before doing that and was fine in 3 days.
