You need to purchase software that will rip your dvds and convert the files to ipod compatible files. This software can be purchased online or at any computer store for around $30.00 and up. Google 'dvd to ipod' to check some out.

Download a free piece of software called "Handbrake" Just google it. It's easy to use, and works well with iTunes.

Not sure but I think software called iPodAccess should work as well.

I use iSkysoft DVD to iPod Converter to convert dvd to iPod format files. Have a try.

You may have to use a DVD drive. I have never imported a DVD, but if i do, I am going to try my DVD ROM drive. You may not have to. IDK.

I don't use it, but my friend uses DVDVideoSoft, and you can download it off the internet. That also lets you do a bunch of other stuff.
