Over an extended period of usage, steroids can even cause a penis to “shrink” to a much smaller size then it once was. This is of course not completely studied as of yet, but many people believe that this is the case. Most likely it is the steroids that are stopping the penis from getting erect and thereby showing the penis in the non-erect state rather than actually causing the penis to shrink. No one can really reach a definite conclusion.
One thing is true though. While steroids may not cause shrinkage, it most certainly can aggravate the situation. Steroids should never be used for any reason. The danger is just too great, not only to your penis, but to your entire body.

Its hard to answer without getting too graphic,but in women some steroids tend to cause your breasts to shrink in size,and the clitoris will grow,the size of an infants penis,or larger,depending on type of steroid,how long you use them,and if your"stacking"them.

I think it depends on the type of steroid. It's the one 'some' body builders use that shrinks your willy.

So if it's not studied on yet, that will make it his opinion and not fact. No wonder we have young people hurting them selves on this stuff, if people tend pass off third rate knowledge on something they know nothing about. (not you of course, but the person you quoted)
steroid can cause the testicles to shrink, due to the shutting down of your natural supply of testosterone which is formed in the testicles, once the cycle steroid is finish you go through PCT by which you slowly kick start the natural supply of testosterone, your testicles will then come back to there natural size. It has no effect on the penis.
