Question

Help answer this question below.

My man and I work completely different hours. He works Wed-Sun 4pm - 12:30 am and I work Mon-Fri 8:30 am -5 pm. We both value our sleep. What can we do about my loosing sleep to be able to spend time with him? (I NEED MORE SLEEP!)

Make the most of the time you have together - arrange things ahead of time to do together on Monday and Tuesday nights (like dinner, conversation, sex!) and daytime things on the weekend where you see your friends and family as a couple so you don't feel like you're single when you're not. four blocks of fun time together is more than most of us get! Then sleep guilt free and just accept that you have a few days each week where you live independently.

maybe you could set an alarm clock and get up a wee bit earlier, spend some time together over breakfast and coffee, check in and see how each other are doing.try going to bed a little earlier so you arnt so tired.

Adjust to some form of polyphasic sleep. You would sleep less, be more relaxed, and have more time for many things.

Do either of you fall asleep slowly? Consider playing relaxing music to fall asleep faster on a pair of headphones. Go for specifically sleeping/relaxing designed ones though, not just enjoyable music. Don't concentrate on the music, but think of drifting.

A little extra sleep can be gained that way. In fact, I have a favorite software Pzizz for this. =/ They have trials but at this point I've mentioned Pzizz ~4 times and don't want to be seen as an affiliate/advertise ect.
