If you process granulated garlic will you get garlic powder?

    Yes putting it in a food processor will grind it down to powder. I would go with fresh so you are getting all the health benefits of the garlic!

    What do you mean by process? If you put granulated garlic in the blender or in a mortar and pestle you can make powered garlic but personally I think granulated garlic is more useful as-is.
