When I try to install Norton System Works 2005, I get an "SPBBC error." What could be wrong?

SPBBC is the Symantec Antivirus tamper protection service. You'll need to temporarily disable tamper protection so that you can install NSW components. If you update to SAV 10.1 or SCS 3.1, this should no longer be an issue...
