Sounds like you may have hair follicles that are plugged with oil, it is natural and normal. See a dermatologist to be sure and they can most likely advise you on the best products to clear up the bumps.
I am 16 years old i have had acne since i was in the 7th grade.i still have it.Its really horrible to have it and i just want it to be gone.
