What is the best home remedy for getting rid of pimples under the skin? The one I have is really red and hurts - I need something quick!

I don't know about home remedies, but ice seems to be something that would get rid of the swelling. As far as a way to actually get rid of the pimples it would be hard to do this without medication. Natural acne products are the best idea.

I've used ice before. It helps reduce the swelling (and ultimately the redness), by constricting the blood vessels under the skin. Try putting a topical treatment directly on the pimple. If you then leave it alone (no picking, no popping), it will hopefully go away soon.
