You're reading Robin Hobb fans, I've read some bad reviews on the Soldier Son. I've read Farseer, Liveship, and Tawny, and loved em. should I read SS?
Comments
XD still haven't read it.
so better than the Liveship trilogy ?
then it's worth a read.
i'm not expecting anything better than the Farseer trilogy, though that'd be a wonderful surprise.
.
you did read the Tawny Man, right ?
cos the Farseer's half a story.

yep I did I did.
Have you done Jordan's Wheel of Time? Highly recommended
and Dave Farland's Runelords / earth power set?
Today I got "The Book of Nines" by Goodkind His first after The Sword Of Truth set
Make sure that you get at least as far as the second book 1/3 or 1/2 way through the first book is told from the point of view of a 8 to 12 year old(covers 4 years) The first book is good enough but It is kinda hard to get with 'cause of the age thing But by the time he goes to the Academy It picks up and flies. After that it will be steady read to completion. have fun

WoT's my favorite series to date!
.
never heard of Runelords.
i'll look out for it.
.
hmmm, you just reminded me i have yet to finish the Sword of Truth series...
i think he got as for as "Chainfire", when i last read the series.
.
that makes sense, that's similar to how Farseer begins,
with Fitz being 6 years old.
some books you have to be patient with (as any WoT fan wil tell you XD).
.
read Song of Ice and Fire ?
i love that kind of storytelling.
more scheming and convoluted storylines than you can shake a stick at.
authored by a George Martin, i believe.
