I wouldn't say it would eventually cause cervical cancer. Most cervical cancer's are caused by the HPV virus. Hitting the cervix constantly could some bleeding and possibly cause cervical erosion. Try tilting your pelvis forward or backward (depending on your position!) so that his end doesn't hit your cervix.
