God has nothing to do with my existance. My biological purpose is to father children and raise them. My personal purpose is to be happy and to spread happiness. The purpose of life in general... there is none. I got to earth because my parents had me. They got here because of their parents. Etc., etc., all the way to where they were just single cells or whatnot.

The Purpose Driven life by Rick Warren has every reason why He thought I should be on this earth. Everyday of my life at least has one reason to live for and I know I did make or break someone's day. On the lighter note: Who would have given birth to such lovely kids if not me? See I gave two beautiful humans to this earth.

Why did I create myself... hmm... It's a tough one... :) Seriously though, the only answer I can think of from a religious viewpoint would be "So you can enjoy life to the fullest", but that doesn't make any mention of the millions of people who have no choice but to suffer every, single, day of their lives... So I'd have to end up with "Your life is what you make of it"

I think that part of my purpose on this earth is to tell the good news/the gospel of Jesus Christ to a dying and lost world. I believe my purpose is to help others to get saved and to be a light even in the midst of darkness. I don't believe that God wanted me to be on this earth just to party and have a good time in it, but I will be held accountable to the souls that made it to heaven or hell because of me. I believe I'm supposed to plant a seed in someone else's life. I'm supposed to be here to build up God's Kingdom and to make heaven look like one billion people made it there, even though I know that many won't make it in, but that's why I'm here. I believe that's part of my mission and purpose on this earth, and there could be more, but it hasn't been revealed to me yet, but I believe in due season it will be.

To be honest I have no idea why he put me here He has not told me yet. Maybe it will be something really important or maybe as simple as getting me to P**S off as many ABs as possible. Though I do hope not.I am sure one day he will tell me what part I was intended to play in the joke he was playing with my life. Then maybe I will be able to get on with playing my part

I believe that is a life-long question...and I think your 'purpose' changes as you grow through life...when you were a child, your 'purpose' was to be kind to the kid everyone made fun of. When you are an adult your 'purpose' could be to provide for yourself, and as a parent, for your children...then it could change entirely. Your 'purpose' is a self-discovery...it takes time and effort to determine. And we may not ever determine our TRUE purpose, but we can discover whole new meanings to life with every passing year. This is my belief. :)

He put me on the earth to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am here to serve the Lord, by doing His will. He uses me in whatever way He chooses. Through my singing, with my hands, etc. God uses us in many different ways, and we are suppose to give Him all the glory. He wants us to be lights for Him, by setting a godly example to those who not live for Him.

God put us on earth for 2 reasons 1) To settle our give and take account 2) To progress spiritually and to realize God in this lifetime. The spiritual level of an average person in this era is 20%. In order to realise God we have to increase our spiritual level by practising spirituality.

My purpose is to lead an uprising against a corrupt government. So far not looking good. I think people have to agree with me before they will help me stage an uprising. What with all the people trying year after year to take away our guns I think its going to be too late to fight back soon. There isnt another america out there to come save our asses when this america shafts us. oh and fbi agents will probably show up at my house now. If I suddenly stop answering and questioning and commenting and just annoying you all in general you will know what happened to me.

If you are asking what I think my purpose on earth is for then I can only give you a partial reply. There are things in this life that I won't know about or understand yet so those purposes I can't tell you. I can tell you the purposes I do know. I am here to worship and praise God, spread the Gospel, be a good mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, neighbor, citizen, student, and teacher.

Everyone's purpose is unique to the individual, but whatever it is, we do it to glorify God.

To learn. We are divine spirits having a human experience. If you don't agree with that, consider at least that whatever we do, we learn. So life is a learning experience. Everybody learns. And we all have special lessons to learn. Everybody teaches. We teach so that others may learn. You are free to believe anyhting you wish. I choose to believe that I am here to learn and when I have had the opportunity to learn (note; I didn't say that I necessarily learned, just had the opportunity) and when I have taught whatever it is to whomever needed the experience, then my time is up. This may come quickly or long, depending on the particular lessons. I'm 70 and still going strong so maybe I haven't learned enough yet. Looking forward to the experience. What a blast.

I believe we are all put here by God, to help someone in our lifetimes. So many people are in need, and I don't think there will ever be enough of us to help all of them. But, we should try somehow, someway to make someones life better. To leave this world in just a little bit better shape than when we came. As for my purpose, I am a Christian, so I believe I was put here to tell others about God and his Son Jesus Christ and to live a good life, helping as many others as I can.

I think everyone has a different purpose, but I think all of them have to do with uplifiting others and glorifying God. One person's purpose may be to create a new medicine, while someone else's purpose might be to be a good mother. I think the reason the human race is on Earth is because God put us here, ya know, Adam and Eve, the Garden of Eden, etc. Because they ate the forbidden fruit, we live in a world like we do today.

to think its just to occupy space would be such a shame, but I guess a lot dont concieve it of being much more, I imagine there are many reasons for why we are here, not the same for each person either, but perhaps to create love and move humanity to a higher vibrational resonance is possibly a starting point........

Of course it's not to just occupy space. It's to win the Mega Millions lottery so you can buy a bigger space. :) Seriously, each of us has our own purpose. A guy who's born with an IQ of 85 may spend his life crabbing because it's about all he can figure out how to do. But he may feed the genius who figures out the grand unification theory. One dies rich and famous. The other is forgotten in a pauper's grave. But both did more than just occupy space.

To be myself. When I ask to do the will of my Father my purpose unfolds. It's in everyone. The Beasties said it. "Be true to yourself and you can never fail." God's plan is uncomprehendable. The more I give of self the more I receive. So I guess my purpose is to experience it. Diggin it so far. I used to try to define my purpose. Now it gets revealed to me with faith that my needs will get met. And they do. I've been working on connecting with God daily with complete submission. From that stance I'm awakening to greater understanding. My great understanding is leading me to believe in the possibility of all things. The laws of attraction start with my thoughts. So I ask God to do his will and I find that His purpose for me is greater than what I can think of. I am so blessed. For real. On a materialistic plane my purpose is to litter all coast lines with unleashed twin tip finless surfboards that are capable of all skateboard tricks. Got one built.
