Wearing "older clothes" may make you look younger. Just try and make your look a little more sophisticated, tailored lines, a heel, jewellry.

Screw what people think. Wear whatever you truly feel comfortable in.

It's not what you wear, it's how you wear it. For example - take a simple black pencil skirt. You can wear it with a Good Jacket and a Silk Blouse, and go to a job interview and blow people away. OR you can wear a T-shirt that says "I'm With The Band", a headband with skulls on it, and knee-high boots, and be headed to the local metalhead dive bar. The best way to go is to wear clothes that FIT WELL, don't contain silk-screening, and are not particularly "trendy". Stick with the classics, with a taste of the trends, if you care to do so.

I think the first big issue is you're asking about "clothing brands". There aren't very many "brands" that are going to make you look older. There's a pretty good chance women who are 28 are wearing the same brands you are. It's styles and attitude. You want to look older, make sure your stomach is always covered, wear heels, as said before don't wear shirts with silk-screens or logos of them.
