  • I don't see why not. As long as you do not solicit their business until after your real estate relationship with them has ended (closed the sale or the contract expires), there will not be an actual or perceived conflict of interest.
  • You can charge per deem basis or commission basis. Most agents will offer some compensation for your services. Be firm and talk the terms in advance.
  • I am not sure how I would wait until the house closed as this is something that would need be completed to the home before it can be sold. Normally it's been my experience with inspectors that they will not pass the home unless the intercom works. Thanks
