You're reading Do you first let refrigerator baking dough to make cresent rolls rise and then punch it down and then place in the refirgerator 4hrs or overnight before using. Then take out of refrigerator and let warm up. Make the rolls, let them rise and bake?
Comments
This is home made dough from scratch. I am using a yeast receipe of my mom's for walnut and poppyseed cresents, which called for cream cheese and butter. Then refrigerate for 4-8 hrs before using. It says that if does rise in the frig, then punch it down. Mine doesn't. After the e hrs, form into triangles, fill with nuts or poppyseed. I tried to let it rise a little, but nothing happens. When I do bake them, they taste ok. I guess this is all I can hope for.
